A direct cosmetic colour that can be used at home or in the salon to colour, condition and protect the hair. The colour is temporary and has the ability to correct difficult technical hair problems.

A direct cosmetic colour that can be used at home or in the salon to colour, condition and protect the hair. The colour is temporary and has the ability to correct difficult technical hair problems. Formulated with tested high quality pigments, it is recommended to highlight natural or coloured hair, to hide first grey hair, to introduce clients to colour service and to complement other professional technical services, to tone up bleached or highlight hair, to intensify a shade after other colour services or for colour correction or colour restoring. Reduce intensity to all shades by mixing with the clear direct colour. The colour duration is variable and depends on the structure and porosity of hair, on the type of specific products used for cleansing and conditioning, and on the exposure to colour fading agents like sea/swimming pool water. The product testing showed that the average colour duration is 8-10 hair washes using specific products.

Occasionally we are asked to deliver to certain regions of Australia that may require an alternate courier company. Unfortunately, this may result in additional charges for delivery & handling. If there is an additional charge for delivery & handling, we will contact you once your order is made online and discuss any charges where applicable. You can either approve to go ahead with your order or cancel the order with no obligation.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional freight charges incurred by refused shipment, unclaimed goods or re-delivery attempts.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days, unless otherwise notified.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel during business hours.

PO Box addresses will not be accepted as all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Orders to be collected will be ready for collection the day after placing the order after 2.00pm from 237 Grote Street Adelaide. Please advise us in advance by phone/email if you wish to collect your order sooner.

When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your invoice number and tracking number which can be used when enquiring about your order.
